Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

the rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, making us feel at home. Plus, we enjoyed the free snacks, fruits, and refreshments offered at the reception all day. the location was also great, with easy access to public transport and key attractions.

The bathroom needed more hanging space for clothes and towels. the room lacked some basic amenities such as a safe, and the door lock seemed cheap and unreliable.

Best aspects of our Xmas stay: Great location with plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the daily cleaning and the selection of free snacks and drinks. It was convenient to have a 24-hour convenience store nearby, and the hotel's proximity to the local mall and train station made getting around a breeze.

Worst aspects of our Xmas stay: The noise levels were higher than we expected, making it harder to sleep at night. the lack of privacy in the shower due to the lack of curtain made showers uncomfortable.
